Dr. Stephen Leeb

Headshot of Dr. Stephen Leeb, one of our dentists in Caldwell, ID

‘‘I like to live by the golden rule of dentistry, 'Do onto others what you would have done onto your mother.'”

Dr. Leeb grew in Kasota, MN. He’s the middle child of two brothers, and as he says, it shows. He loves meeting new people!

While deciding which healthcare field to enter in college, he got to shadow a variety of doctors. The mix of science, art, business, and communication ultimately drove him to choose dentistry.

He completed his undergraduate at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and his doctorate at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry.

Upon graduating, Dr. Leeb completed a year-long dental residency at Idaho State University in Meridian. Here he gained experience in dental implants, IV sedation, dentures, and root canals. He looks forward to continuing his education, focusing on Invisalign, dental implants, and restorative dentistry.

As Dr. Leeb’s patient, you’ll feel relaxed in the dental chair and confident in our comprehensive dental care.

Fun Facts About Dr. Leeb

Get to know your nature-loving dentist.
What do you do outside the office?

“Nature is an important part of my world. I seek it in national and local parks, flower gardens, bird feeders, camping, and while running in the foothills. Doing these things with family and friends makes everything even better. I also love gardening and plants; my house is filled with them.”

What’s an interesting fact about yourself?

“I’ve trained my cat to sit, stay, lay down, circle (spin in a circle), and go where I point. She doesn’t always listen.”

What was the best day of your life and why?

“An eight-day canoe trip to Quetico, Canada. Every day of the trip was a physical struggle. But that hard work, paddling and portaging, made all the views, waterfalls, fishing, cliff jumping, fresh blue berries, campfires, and storytelling worth it.”

This is the coolest place! The doctors are so nice, and they made me feel at home and relaxed. So down to earth and really knowledgeable. I highly recommend them if you have anxiety or are fearful. They have a lot of options to help with that. I'm really happy I finally found someplace I feel comfortable. Thank you, Dr. Taylor and Dr. Leeb. You guys are awesome!
